To make an easy pot of stew start with your Stew Meat in a Pressure Cooker or Dutch oven by browning the stew meat in a little oil and spices before adding some broth, root vegetables and any other additions you might enjoy. I like to add garlic during the frying stage and peas, grape tomatoes, and some spinach closer to the end for some extra vegetables and a beautiful color.
