Quinoa Salad

A light Quinoa Salad that is big on taste. A great addition to any backyard barbeque.
Ingredients
- (2 Cups) Quinoa
- (1 1/2) English Cucumber
- (1/2 Cup) Chives
- (1.5 Cups) Feta Cheese with Herbs
- (3 Halves) Bell Peppers Assorted Colors
- (2 Tbsp) Fresh Parsley
- (2 Tbsp) Fresh Cilantro (optional)
- (1 1/2 Cups) Grape Tomatoes
- (1/4 - 1/3 Bottle) Renee's Sweet Onion Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Directions
Cook Quinoa according to package direction. Put in Fridge to Cool
Chop Cucumbers, Tomatoes, and Peppers and add to Chilled Quinoa
Chop Fresh Parsley, Chives and Cilantro into small pieces and add to the Chilled Quinoa
Add Feta Cheese
Pour Salad Dressing over top, and Mix well.
